Coated window sills are made of high quality MDFs manufactured from wood-based materials (pressed wood fibres with the addition of curing and adhesive compounds). A new dimension of elegance at its best. MDF window sills are 100% waterproof, and coated with high quality wood varnishes. They are not only damp resistant, but also good at handling temperature variations – so they feature the highest durability in all conditions. Window sills are made with the utmost care. Their density and material composition is uniform throughout the whole section. The thickness of the window sill is 2 cm. The maximum length of one segment is 275 cm. MDF window sills are available in many designs and colours – both as gloss and matt.

FEATURES OF COATED MDF WINDOW SILLS

  • thickness: 2.0 cm and 2,5 cm
  • length: min. 25 cm, max. up to 275 cm (longer window sills are made of 2 segments, which are provided with a 'plug' installation system.)
  • dimension of window sills should be given rounded up to 1 cm (dimensional tolerance)
  • width: min. 15 cm, max. 50 cm
  • dimensional tolerance +/- 10 mm
  • standard window sill finish: square or rounded corners
